Emma Jackson Adams

This is very likely Emma Jackson Adams (1830-1885), wife of Samuel Lorenzo Adams. They married in England just prior to sailing on the Ellen Maria. She was listed on the ship under her maiden name and could have continued traveling to Utah under her maiden name also. Her husband also probably traveled in the Smoot company although his name is not on the roster.
