Joseph Hall

Son of Joseph and Hannah Maria Hartley Hall.  His birth and death dates are confirmed by his death certificate.  He crossed the Atlantic on the ship Hartley in 1849; on the ship manifest his surname is spelled "Hale."  His father died at St. Louis.  In the 1860 Missouri census Joseph's surname is "Savage."  His obituary says he crossed the plains in 1860.
