Daniel Peter Thuesen

Daniel was born in St. Petersburg, Russia.  On his 1900 passport application he said he immigrated to the United States in 1864.  He was a veteran of Utah's Blackhawk War (1865-1872).  He was a shoemaker.  From 5 Nov. 1900 to 7 May 1903 he served an L. D. S. mission in Scandinavia.  Further research is needed to determine the name of the company with which he originally traveled to Utah.
