Johanna Nilson

Traveled with her mother Maja (Maria) Olafsdotter Borgeson and step-father Andrew Borgesdotter. Her half-sister Caroline also traveled with them. Both girls are listed under the name of their step-father on ship records.

They traveled via the ship B.S. Kimball, arriving in New York on 15 June 1863. First documentation to place them in Utah is a rebaptism for half-sister Caroline Erlandson in the Millcreek Ward on 8 November 1863. Further research is needed to identify the name of the company they traveled with.
