Elisha Peck

Elisha made the journey from England to the Salt Lake Valley in the Edward T. Mumford Company in 1868.  According to the Russon Peck Monument in Lehi, Utah, his mother died when he was three years old, and four years later, he lost his father also.  When he was twelve, he joined the church, and at seventeen, he served a mission in native England in the Birmingham District.  At the end of his mission, he joined the Edward T. Mumford Company and traveled to the Salt Lake Valley.
