    States he arrived in Liverpool 9 Aug 1846 and departed from Liverpool 7 Sep 1848. Simeon carter presided over the Liverpool Conference, England. (Mill. Star, Vol 8:121) Record states he was born June 7, 1794 in Killingworth, Keddison, Connecticut, was baptized Feb. 14, 1831, ordained an Elder Feb. 17, 1831, ordained a High Priest in June 1831, filled several missions in the United States.
