Serve in Church History

Are you looking for a fulfilling and inspiring opportunity to serve? Are you interested in learning more about Church history? We invite you to add your talents to our efforts to collect, preserve, and share the priceless history of the Lord’s restored Church at the Church History Department. You can serve as a full-time missionary or in part-time roles as a Church service missionary, a docent, or as a long-term volunteer. A wide variety of roles are available at the Church History Library and the Church History Museum in Salt Lake City and at many locations around the world. These opportunities include:

    • Content review for online publishing
    • Transcription
    • Materials circulation and transportation
    • Patriarchal blessing request fulfillment
