Remote digitization requests must be made online via the library catalog. Once you have identified the record you would like to have digitized, click the Suggest Digitization button. A web form will open that you can complete with your contact information. Once you click Submit at the bottom of the form, your request will be forwarded to our digitization staff.
Upon receipt of the request, the Church History Library staff will notify patrons if their request is approved and inform them if a fee applies to their request. If a fee is assessed, the patron will be notified before the request is filled and will receive an explanation as to why there is a charge and instructions on how to make the payment. Requests are completed in the order received and are delivered via email in digital form.
