Ruth Ann Price

Her obituary says that Ruth Ann came to Utah in 1864 with her sister. The obituary of Mary Price Jones says she and her elder sister Ruth arrived in Utrah in 1864. They were from Wales. A Ruth P. Evans (b. ca. 1849) and a Mary P. Evans (b. ca. 1851) crossed the Atlantic on the ship General McClellan in 1864. These are probably Ruth and Mary Price (the birth dates match and their father's name was John Evan Price). Ruth and Mary also appear in Perpetual Emigrating Fund records under the surname Evans. Further research is needed to verify these conclusions and to identify the name of the company with which the girls traveled.
