Hannah Moor

She left her husband and the company to work at a trading post several miles west of Devil's Gate on 14 August. She took her small son with her. She was a non-Mormon. Sir Richard Burton described her in his book, "The City of the Saints," working at the Three Crossings Station, when his stage stopped there on 19 August 1860. He describes her as a "stout, active, middle-aged matron."
