Weathering the Storm
Arise and Shine Forth Tour
This 20 minute gallery walk highlights ten works of art from the International Art Competition for Youth. The theme of weathering life’s storms is discussed as visitors see depictions of stormy seas, lighthouses, and other types of storms. The symbolism behind these select works of art is explained.
No reservations are required. The tour begins in the Central Gallery at the lighthouse display. This tour may also be offered at other times during the week. A poster will be placed at the front desk and fliers posted ont eh front doors on days when the tour will be offered. This tour will be offered regularly through June 17, 2013.
