Historical Church Cultural Celebrations
Treasures of the Collection Open House
This year's open house features Latter-day Saint cultural events and celebrations. Artifacts, photographs, and programs from July 24th celebrations, Gold and Green Balls, the Hill Cumorah Pageant, and other Church festivals will be highlighted. Items from the 1964 New York World's Fair, the 1952 Helsinki Olympic Games, and the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Games will also be on display, and the history of Church sports—principally baseball and basketball—will be showcased.
